My name is Trevor and I have been model railroading for more than 20 years, in this time I have built numerous layouts both large and small. I have often had the most fun building the smaller layouts as there is a more focussed effort.

I hope that this site will provide information and inspiration to those with limited space to consider building something, anything is better than nothing. Due to unforseen circumstance I have been forced to move into a smaller apartment, thereby sacrificing my mid size HO Santa Fe layout. I see this downsizing as a huge opportunity for me to explore other scales, gauges, eras and prototypes.
